I need help my brother is addicted to both drugs (cocaine) and alcohol. He has tried to get the will power to stop cold turkey but has had no success, he is not as bad as he use to be but the point is that he is not 100% sober. We can not afford rehab and have I heard that rehabs are very expensive and very ineffective. What are your suggestions on this. How or what can he do as well as us the family to support him and is rehab effective would it be worth it. What other effective options are there?

tell him to stop being a retard and stop going to pubs or sniffing shit he doesn’t really need too
