For the last four to five years, i have been addicted to porn. It first started with my friends who went on this website. Then it went to the computer. After, the ps3 browser, then my phone. I’m 14 and young and i know the risks of masterbaution and porn together. I am also a muslim who prays all 5 prays required, fasts, doesnt swear, this porn addiction is killing me, i try to set goals but it keeps haunting me, porn is very sinful in my religion, i want to stop this now. I’ve tried everything from taking walks and not thinking about it to planning out whats important to use my laptop for and thats it. please help me as soon as possible. Dont suggest doctors or therapy, its not that bad of a addiction

You’re probably not technically addicted to it.. you just think you are because it’s banned in your religion, making you paranoid about it.
When I was your age, I jerked 7-8 times a day.
I still do it regularly. It only becomes a problem if you’re hurting yourself physically or it’s pulling you away from other things you should be doing.
I think you should just embrace it. 😀
