Question by drbrian247: is a psycologist required to report drug use with clients that have children?
I was told that a Texas Psycologist was required to report to athorities if there is admitted drug use by any of their clients that have children. This seems to defeat the purpose of seeking counsil.

only if they feel that the kids are in danger otherwise they have to keep it confidential.
